• Prompt Studio: Enhances and optimizes your existing prompts for better AI results
• Image Studio: Analyzes uploaded images and converts them into detailed JSON prompts
• Video Studio: Performs scene-by-scene video analysis, provides viral metrics, and generates AI-powered content prompts from videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube content

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credit System and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive initial free credits
• Image analysis and prompt enhancement each consume 1 credit
• Video analysis consumes 2 credits per 5 seconds of video content
• Video AI actions (prompt generation from analyzed videos) consume 1 credit each
• Social media video analysis (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) follows the same video credit structure
• Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate content (images or videos)
• Upload images or videos containing copyrighted material without permission
• Analyze videos from social media platforms without respecting the original creator's rights
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use social media URLs to access private or restricted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent our security measures
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload videos containing personal information of individuals without consent

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images and videos you upload. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating prompts and analysis. When analyzing social media content via URLs, you confirm that you have the right to analyze such content or that it is publicly available. The generated prompts, analysis results, and AI actions are provided to you for your use, and we claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for ensuring your use of social media content complies with the respective platform's terms of service.

8. Service Availability
